Monte Carlo Lounge
We purchased the building from The Espinosa family. Jose (Joe) Espinosa and Frances Espinosa ran their residential rental business as well as The Monte Carlo Lounge from 2020 Hardy. We also heard that it was a general store and The Lorraine Arcade under his watch.
What will you find in Found Objects
The building had many iterations over the past 100 years and right now is full of “stuff”! When David and I first looked at the building, it was dusk and with flashlights we walked over 1 foot of debris through all of the rooms downstairs. We had to wait for a later date to view the upstairs. The immense amount of refuse did not deter us. View the incredible finds from our clean up efforts.
